Finished with the shoe project. Certainly not as much frustration with this project as the mystery bag. Even though its already August I am still struggling with my idea's for the art style portrait. Mystery bag should be finished very soon, but I'm not sure when I will be able to post a picture because I have been having trouble with posting this one until now. Feedback would be nice. ;-) Anyway, let me know if i should change anything or add anything. New pictures will be up soon...
It looks great. :) There's a nice variety of shoes and different shades, showing well-roundedness in your style.
ReplyDeleteFor the mystery bag, I'd recommend logging everything that you have and start sketching some ideas of something you'd like to make. While I was toying with my sketch of what I wanted, I completely turned the idea around and made it into something even nicer. Don't be afraid to incorporated other materials into it! I'm currently making a bouquet-like thing, and I found some origami paper that I'll use to make it actually seem like one. :)
Thank you! I've actually think I've made up my mind about the mystery bag project. I'm thinking about just putting all my pieces together and making flowers. Putting them on randomly and making a bunch of flowers on the cardboard. Here and there. Then drawing flowers in the background and painting them in. Layering them on top of each other making it look somewhat like a meadow. Your idea seems amazing though. Can't wait to see how it turns out!
